It also cuts quiet a dash on the dance floor. On the occasion of the major “Mixology 12” summer ball in London, the British magazine Mix Interiors awarded the new conference chair Graph the “Product of the Year – Furniture” accolade. The judges were impressed with the elegant chair and its innovative seating comfort and high-quality materials above all. Around 1,000 guests came to striking “Old Billingsgate” for the awards ceremony.

Once upon a time, Londoners came to the Victorian building on the Thames to buy fresh fish. The market was rebuilt by Richard Rogers and today serves as an established venue. At the “Mixology 12” ball, tributes were paid to the best innovative design solutions for office furnishing in 16 categories. The judging panel consisted of international designers, architects and experts. The criteria were consequently stringent. Sustainability, innovation, ergonomics, aesthetics and craftsmanship were the key factors the winner of the “product of the year – furniture” needed to fulfil.

Graph passed the test with flying colours, but not just in terms of form and comfort. The judges were also impressed by its details, ranging from the curved armrests, to the Y-shaped bearer with its exact radii, to the exquisite foot frame. All the materials have been integrated into the high-quality chair with extreme precision. And the engineers developed a concealed, force- and form-fit connector to ensure that no screws were visible – even on a closer look.
